Yes — the trial lesson is intentionally priced lower ($35 virtual / $45 in-home) so you can meet your instructor and experience a full lesson with zero risk before committing to a package.
No — we charge the same rates in both markets. Our pricing reflects the quality of instruction and the convenience of in-home service, which is the same regardless of location.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Life happens — we're reasonable, just communicate with us.
Yes, with notice. Rate adjustments apply if switching lesson types. Many families use virtual lessons as a backup when schedules get busy.
Monthly packages renew each month. You can pause or cancel with one week's notice before your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts.
